I was born and raised in Lethbridge, but have been a proud Calgarian for 21 years now. I graduated from the University of Lethbridge where I met the love of my life and achieved my Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Kinesiology. I come from the Oil and Gas Industry (Natural Gas), where I spent 22 years, 15 of which were in a management position. I have always been intrigued by the Real Estate industry and always felt Real Estate would be a right fit for me and my family.I’m ecstatic to begin my Real Estate career with Justin Havre Real Estate Team. I’m eager to start assisting clients in all avenues of their Real Estate needs, wants and dreams. Through simplifying complexity in their Real Estate transactions, I am confident that my clients will see me for who I am and we can begin to build lifelong relationships. Working collectively together with clients is top priority and I will always happily be available to answer any and all questions that come my way.Personally, I enjoy hanging out with my family and friends as well as our pet dog “Blu”. I enjoy camping, water sports and any activity that gets me moving. I also have a passion for coaching. I coach both soccer and hockey, and am fortunate to be able to coach my son in both sports. I am close to completing my “C” license in soccer. Coaching is very gratifying for me as I enjoy seeing youth learn and develop into not only athletes but great people. I have always used the quote from Babe Ruth in my coaching and my life in general, “never let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game”. I use that quote to ensure the athletes I am coaching know that mistakes are opportunities to learn from and develop. I have played soccer my entire life. I played for the University of Lethbridge for 5 years and played within the Alberta Major Soccer League for 10 years.

At the interview he came prepared with an entire package that was very professionally prepared showing our house details and a comparative market analysis for homes in our neighbourhood. He carefully explained the process and fee structure for listing our home with him. He advised us on obtaining an updated Real Property Report and a recommendation for a lawyer to handle the process, if we didn't have one already. Part of his preparation included having our home photographed by a professional photographer that really highlighted all aspects of our home. He prepared us for what was required, once showing of the home started, and what to expect from other agents showing our home. We had 3 showings scheduled the first day of the listing, and accepted an offer from the first day. Justin walked us through the process of the sale, explaining the terms and conditions of the offer, the home inspection, and final release from the terms and conditions for the final sale. He kept in touch with us over the 3 month possession period to ensure all our needs were being met. We were very satisfied the Justin and his team, and would highly recommend him to anyone interested in buying or selling a home.”
