Katie grew up in Moose Jaw, SK before moving to Medicine Hat, AB in 2010. In 2018, she headed even further west to Calgary for university. Since then, she's been exploring and becoming familiar with Calgary, while enjoying easy access to the mountains where she enjoys camping and hiking. When she's not working, you can find her spending time with her family and friends. During her time as an early childhood educator, and later in administrative/client based roles, Katie developed a passion for helping others. She enjoys connecting with clients and creating positive relationships. Through trust and support, Katie hopes to help her clients find their perfect home. Katie was drawn to real estate at a young age during her family's move to Medicine Hat, and her interest has not faded. “ We contacted Justin initially about listing our house. He immediately gave us an appointment date for an interview. At the interview he came prepared with an entire package that was very professionally prepared showing our house details and a comparative market analysis for homes in our neighbourhood. He carefully explained the process and fee structure for listing our home with him. He advised us on obtaining an updated Real Property Report and a recommendation for a lawyer to handle the process, if we didn't have one already. Part of his preparation included having our home photographed by a professional photographer that really highlighted all aspects of our home.
