Francine moved to Calgary as a teenager in 1980, relocating from the small island of Grenada in the Caribbean. Moving directly to the expansive landscapes of Calgary was a thrill and she still appreciates the privilege of living in a dynamic urban centre.
After studying Interior Design in college, Francine worked at the retail level, offering in-home consultations and managing a large home decor store with an in-house soft furnishings studio. In the mid-nineties, Francine discovered yoga, and has studied and occasionally taught more reflective forms of yoga. These passions—design and yoga—have fostered a deep commitment to integrity and well-being, both personally and professionally.
