At the interview he came prepared with an entire package that was very professionally prepared showing our house details and a comparative market analysis for homes in our neighbourhood. He carefully explained the process and fee structure for listing our home with him. He advised us on obtaining an updated Real Property Report and a recommendation for a lawyer to handle the process, if we didn't have one already. Part of his preparation included having our home photographed by a professional photographer that really highlighted all aspects of our home.
