“ We contacted Justin initially about listing our house. He immediately gave us an appointment date for an interview. At the interview he came prepared with an entire package that was very professionally prepared showing our house details and a comparative market analysis for homes in our neighbourhood. He carefully explained the process and fee structure for listing our home with him. He advised us on obtaining an updated Real Property Report and a recommendation for a lawyer to handle the process, if we didn't have one already. Part of his preparation included having our home photographed by a professional photographer that really highlighted all aspects of our home. He prepared us for what was required, once showing of the home started, and what to expect from other agents showing our home. We had 3 showings scheduled the first day of the listing, and accepted an offer from the first day.
