The property went up for sale on Wednesday @ 4pm, December 12th and while we at a Christmas function out of town  @ 8pm a phone call informing us there was an offer. Thursday six more showings & one more offer. The property eventually sold for $5,000.00 over list price. At the interview he came prepared with an entire package that was very professionally prepared showing our house details and a comparative market analysis for homes in our neighbourhood.
